Dresden's city operetta - Staatsoperette

The city's operetta “Staatsoperette”, is one of Europe's few stages with an overall cheerful music program. The program offers a large variety of mostly famous classics such as : „Der Bettelstudent”, “Die Csárdásfürstin“, “Das Land des Lächelns“ or Mozart's “Die Zauberflöte“ (premiers 25. April 2008), the Swing- Musical “Anything Goes“ and the rock opera / musical: “Jesus Christ Superstar“.
